Manual Description
SERVICE DATA AND SPECIFICATIONS (SDS) 5, check exhaust pipes, muffler and mounting improper attachment, be sure to use genuine exhaust system parts or equivalents which are specially designed heat, perform the operation with the exhaust system fully cooled down because the system will be hot.
Install in the reverse order of removal paying attention following, q Always replace exhaust gaskets with new ones when reassembling, q When installing the insulator avoid large gaps or interference between insulator each, q Remove deposits from the sealing surface of each connection.
Q Temporarily tighten mounting nuts on the exhaust manifold side and mounting bolts, q When installing each mounting rubber, avoid twisting or unusual extension up/down, install the seal bearings at front exhaust tube and main muffler follows, front Exhaust Side (QR20DE QR25DE).
Insert the seal bearing in the direction shown figure, tighten the mounting bolt without causing interference with, main Muffler Side (QR20DE, QR25DE YD22DDTi), tighten the mounting bolt with the big end spring facing.
With the engine running, check exhaust tube joints for gas leakage unusual noises, check to ensure that mounting brackets and mounting insulators are installed properly free, sERVICE DATA AND SPECIFICATIONS (SDS), exhaust manifold exhaust front tube.
Exhaust front tube three way catalyst, three way catalyst exhaust center tube, exhaust center tube main muffler, exhaust front tube exhaust tube.
