REVERSE IDLER SHAFT AND GEARS 117, sERVICE DATA AND SPECIFICATIONS (SDS) 122, clearance Between Baulk Ring Gear 123, 6TH & REVERSE BAULK RING.

REVERSE IDLER GEAR ADJUSTING SHIM 126, mAIN GEAR ADJUSTING SHIM 126, available Shims – Differential Side Bearing Preload, do not reuse transaxle oil, once it has been drained.

Check oil level or replace oil with vehicle level ground, during removal or installation, keep inside of transaxle clear dust dirt, check for the correct installation status prior to removal or disassembly, certain they do not interfere with the function of the parts they applied to.

Install the filler plug in the transaxle case using new gasket, check that oil is not leaking transaxle, check oil level from filler plug mounting hole shown, never start the engine while checking oil level.

Remove drain plug and drain the oil from transaxle, remove differential oil seal using Tool, install differential oil seal with suitable tool (drift).
