Manual Description
When removing accelerator wire, make a mark to indicate lock nut's initial position, check that throttle valve opens fully when accelerator pedal is fully depressed, returns to idle position when pedal released, check accelerator control parts for improper contact with any adjacent parts.
When connecting accelerator wire, be careful not to twist or scratch its inner wire, make sure the ASCD wire is not pulling throttle drum, perform the ASCD wire adjustment as necessary, make sure that there is clearance between the throttle drum rod.
Tighten accelerator adjusting nut until throttle drum starts, from that position, turn back adjusting nut 3, remove vacuum pump and vacuum hose throttle, reinstall the original vacuum hose throttle opener.
Disconnect the accelerator pedal position sensor electrical connector, pull the connector lock back to unlock connector, pull up on the connector to disconnect it accelerator, remove the upper and lower pedal assembly nuts.
Do not disassemble the pedal assembly, avoid impact dropping during handling, keep the pedal assembly away water, for electrical inspection of the accelerator pedal position sensor.
Installation is in the reverse order removal, q When the harness connector of accelerator pedal position, sensor is disconnected, perform "Accelerator pedal position, q Check the accelerator pedal smooth operation.
Should be no binding or sticking when applying releasing, check that the accelerator pedal moves through the full specified distance pedal travel...
