Manual Description
REAR WHEEL HUB AND HOUSING 5, removing ball joint suspension arm, nOISE, VIBRATION AND HARSHNESS (NVH) TROUBLESHOOTING, use chart below to find the cause of the symptom.

Check the mounting conditions (looseness, back lash) of each component component conditions (wear, check the following items, and replace part it necessary, move wheel hub assembly in the axial direction by hand, rotate wheel hub assembly and check there is no unusual noise or other irregular conditions.

Of irregular conditions, replace wheel hub assembly, rEAR WHEEL HUB AND HOUSING, : Always replace after every disassembly, "BRAKE CALIPER ASSEMBLY : Removal Installation".

Never depress brake pedal while brake caliper removed, parking brake completely released position, put matching marks (A) on the wheel hub assembly, the disc rotor before removing disc rotor.

Fix the disc rotor with wheel nuts and remove adjusting hole, using suitable tool, rotate adjuster (1) in direction (B), remove parking brake and rear cable back plate, parking brake: Refer to PB-8, "Removal Installation".

Rear cable: Refer to PB-6, "Removal Installation", remove radius rod from axle housing, remove rear lower link and coil spring, set suitable jack under axle housing.

At this step, the jack must be set only for supporting the removal procedure, never damage the axle housing with jack, check the stable condition when using jack, remove front lower link from shock absorber with power tool.

Remove front lower link from axle housing, remove cotter pin, then remove suspension arm mounting nut, separate suspension arm from axle housing, using ball joint remover (commercial service tool), then, never damage ball joint boot.

Temporarily tighten nuts to prevent damage to threads and to prevent the ball joint remover, joint remover (A) (commercial service tool), remove hub bolt only when necessary, never hammer the hub bolt to avoid impact wheel.

Note the following, and install in the reverse order removal, place a washer (A) as shown in the figure to install hub bolts, by using the tightening force nut (B), check that there is no clearance between wheel hub assembly hub bolt.

Align the matching marks that have been made during removal, perform the final tightening of each of parts under unladen conditions, which were removed when removing suspension component, never reuse cotter pin bushing, check the wheel hub assembly for wear, cracks, and damage.

Check wheel sensor harness for proper connection, adjust neutral position of steering angle sensor, sERVICE DATA AND SPECIFICATIONS (SDS), < SERVICE DATA AND SPECIFICATIONS (SDS).
