Generic Squeak Rattle Troubleshooting 9, precaution for Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) "AIR BAG" "SEAT BELT, the Supplemental Restraint System such as AIR BAG” and SEAT BELT PRE-TENSIONER”, used along, with a front seat belt, helps to reduce the risk or severity of injury to the driver and front passenger certain.

Protect the removed parts with a shop cloth and prevent them being dropped, replace a deformed damaged clip, be sure to tighten bolts and nuts securely specified torque, after installation is complete, be sure to check that each part works properly.

Follow the steps below clean components, dip a soft cloth into lukewarm water, wring the water out of the cloth and wipe dirty area, then rub with soft, dry cloth, dip a soft cloth into lukewarm water with mild detergent (concentration: within 2 to 3%) wipe dirty.

Then dip a cloth into fresh water, wring the water out of the cloth and wipe detergent off, - For genuine leather seats, use a genuine leather seat cleaner, the actual shapes of Kent-Moore tools may differ from those of special service tools illustrated here, replace any clips which are damaged during removal installation.

Creak characteristics include firm contact/slow movement/twisting with a rotational movement/pitch dependent on materials/often brought by activity, rattle characteristics include the fast repeated contact/vibration similar movement/loose parts/missing, knock —(Like a knock door), knock characteristics include hollow sounding/sometimes repeating/often brought by driver action.

Tick characteristics include gentle contacting of light materials/loose components/can be caused by driver, thump characteristics include softer knock/dead sound often brought by activity, buzz characteristics include high frequency rattle/firm contact, often the degree of acceptable noise level will vary depending upon the person.

As acceptable may be very irritating customer, weather conditions, especially humidity and temperature, may have a great effect noise level, dUPLICATE THE NOISE AND TEST DRIVE.
