Get the detailed information from the customer about the symptom (the condition environment when, check Self Diagnostic Result” with CONSULT-III, is any symptom described and any DTC displayed, symptom is described, DTC displayed.

Symptom is not described, DTC displayed, symptom is described, DTC is not displayed, try to confirm the symptom described by customer, isolate the malfunctioning point with the basic inspection.

Perform the confirmation procedure detected DTC, perform the component function check for isolated malfunctioning point, isolate the malfunctioning point by performing the diagnosis procedure relevant to symptom during, repair or replace malfunctioning part.

Perform the DTC confirmation procedure (if DTC is detected) or component function check (if no DTC, detected) again, and then check that the malfunction can be repaired securely, objects on or behind the seats that could cause binding, objects under the seats that may be interfering with seat's moving parts.

Objects under pedals that may interfere with movement, are there any foreign objects that could be causing interference, are any connectors damaged loose, yES >> Repair replace damaged parts.

Check power supply and ground circuits for control unit, yES >> Refer ADP-112, "DTC Index", refer to Owner's Manual for Automatic Drive Positioner system operating instructions.
