Manual Description
(SRS) "AIR BAG" and "SEAT BELT PRE-TENSIONER" 2, precaution for Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) "AIR BAG" "SEAT BELT, the Supplemental Restraint System such as AIR BAG” and SEAT BELT PRE-TENSIONER”, used along, with a front seat belt, helps to reduce the risk or severity of injury to the driver and front passenger certain.

PRECAUTIONS WHEN USING POWER TOOLS (AIR OR ELECTRIC) AND HAMMERS, when working near the Airbag Diagnosis Sensor Unit or other Airbag System sensors with the Ignition ON or engine running, DO NOT use air or electric power tools or strike near sensor(s) with, when using air or electric power tools or hammers, always switch the Ignition OFF, disconnect, battery and wait at least 3 minutes before performing any service.
Observe the following precautions when disassembling assembling drive shaft, joint sub-assembly does not disassemble because it non-overhaul parts, perform work in a location which is dust-free possible, before disassembling and assembling, clean outside parts.
Prevention of the entry of foreign objects must be taken into account during disassembly service location, disassembled parts must be carefully reassembled in the correct order, paper shop cloths must be used, disassembled parts (except for rubber parts) should be cleaned with kerosene which shall be removed by.

Removing drive shaft joint sub assembly, move wheel hub and bearing assembly in the axial direction by hand, rotate wheel hub and make sure that is no unusual noise or other irregular conditions, irregular conditions, replace wheel hub bearing assembly.
Check drive shaft mounting point and joint for looseness other damage, check boot for cracks other damage, replace entire drive shaft assembly when noise or vibration occur drive shaft, remove front wheel and tire using power tool.
Remove brake caliper using power tool, leaving brake caliper hydraulic hose attached, do not depress brake pedal while brake caliper removed, put alignment marks on disc rotor and wheel hub bearing, do not pull wheel sensor harness.
Loosen lock nut from drive shaft using power tool, using a piece of wood and a hammer, tap on the lock nut to disengage drive shaft wheel hub, do not place drive shaft joint to an extreme angle, careful not overextend slide joint.
Do not allow drive shaft to hang down without support, use suitable puller if drive shaft cannot be separated wheel, installation is in the reverse order removal, when installing wheel hub and bearing assembly to steering knuckle, align cutout in sensor rotor cover with.
Wheel sensor mounting hole steering knuckle, align the marks made on the rotor and front wheel hub during disassembly, do not apply lubricating oil mating surface, remove wheel sensor bolt (A) and wheel sensor steering.
Remove brake hose retaining clip and brake hose strut, remove and discard cotter pin drive shaft, remove nut retainer drive shaft.
