Manual Description
All harness connectors are designed so that they do not become loose disconnected accidentally, the connector can be disconnected by pushing or lifting locking section, do not pull the harness when disconnecting connector, normal Open, Normal Closed Mixed Type Relays.

Relays can mainly be divided into three types: normal open, normal closed mixed type relays, a melted fusible link can be detected either b y, visual inspection or by feeling with finger tip, condition is questionable, use circuit tester test.

If fuse is blown, be sure eliminate cause, insert it into fuse holder properly, critical circuit (power supply large current, link to ensure that it does not come into contact with any other wiring harness vinyl.

Check the charge condition battery, the following precautions must be taken to prevent over-discharging battery, the battery surface (particularly its top), should always be kept clean dry.

Periodically check the specific gravity, cHECK I NG ELECTROLYTE LEV EL, when the vehicle is not going to be used over, long period of time, disconnect negative.

Do not allow battery fluid to come contact with, skin, eyes, fabrics, painted surfaces, touching a battery, do not touch rub your eyes, until you have thoroughly washed your hands.

The acid contacts the eyes, skin o clothing, immer, diately flush with water for 15 minutes seek, normally the battery does not require additional, severe conditions, adding distilled water may be.

I f the electrolyte level is low, remove cell plug, add distilled water up MAX level, when a battery has been left unattended long, period of time and has a specific gravity less.

Compared with a battery discharged under normal, conditions, the current flow in a "sulphated" battery is not as smooth although i t s voltage high, during the initial stage of charging, shown, when electrolyte level is too low, tilt battery.

Case to raise it easy measurement, when electrolyte temperature 35°C (95°F), and specific gravity of electrolyte is 1, when electrolyte temperature 0°C (32” F).

Check battery care cracks bends, i f the difference between the max, refer t o "Specific Gravity Check", refer t o "C: Quick Charge".

Battery whm its tmpemNre below, "STANDARD CHARGE" is recommended in c, battery Test Charging Chart (Cont'd), close to that value possible.

First, as this may cause spark, when i t s temperature below 60°C (140°F), determine initial charging current f m m, specific gravity, referring t o Fig.

Check battory tyw and determine the Ipseified current using tho, determine initial charging current setting, charging time from r p x i f i c gravity, referring.
